Context
Organizing an event is enough work without also having to build the technology to sell tickets: payments, attendee registration, confirmations and communication.
Eventos Workfluz was born as our own product to solve that entire infrastructure — and it is also our most direct demonstration: what we build for clients, we also build and operate for ourselves.
Constraints

Ticket sales demand reliable payments: the purchase flow must work every time, without friction.

Attendees expect immediate confirmation on the channels they use: WhatsApp and email.

Every organizer needs self-management: running their event without depending on a developer.

Solution
We built the complete infrastructure as a product: ticket sales with payments, attendee registration and management, automated communication and self-management for the organizer, integrable with each event’s website.
As our own product, every real event feeds its evolution: what we learn by operating becomes system improvement.
