Data deletion request
Last updated: August 21, 2026
You can request deletion of personal data processed by Workfluz by following these instructions.
Do not include passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive information in the email.
1. How to submit a request
Email workfluz@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request - Workfluz”. You can also use the button on this page to open an email with that subject.
Include your full name, the email address or phone number used in the service, the related event or organization if known, and a description of the data or account you want deleted.
2. Verification and request handling
To protect your information, we may request reasonable additional details to verify that you are the data subject or are authorized to act on their behalf. We will use that information only to handle the request.
We will review the request and communicate by the same channel the actions taken, any data that needs to be retained, or the correct channel if an external organizer must handle the request.
3. Scope of deletion
Where appropriate, we will erase or anonymize personal data associated with your Workfluz account or relationship. Deletion may prevent access to an account, ticket, receipt or functions that depend on that data.
We may retain minimal, restricted information where needed to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce existing agreements. That information will not be used for new or incompatible purposes.
4. Third-party organized events
If your request concerns a third-party event registration or ticket, the organizer may be responsible for deciding on part of the processing. Workfluz will forward your request or tell you how to contact the controller identified for the event.
Deletion of data from third-party systems —such as the payment provider, email service or social networks—is governed by each provider’s policies and processes.
5. More information
To understand how we process data before making a request, please see our Privacy Policy. This page explains the request process and does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
