Personal data processing policy

1. Scope and roles

This policy applies to data collected through workfluz.com and the Workfluz Events platform. Workfluz operates the platform and may process data to provide the service. You can reach us at workfluz@gmail.com.

When someone registers or buys a ticket for a third-party event, the organizer identified during registration determines the event purposes and is the controller of that data. Workfluz acts as the technology processor to the extent needed to operate the service.

2. Data we collect

In the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide, such as your name, company, email address and the information needed to respond to your request. The current form opens your own email application, so that information travels directly from your email to ours.

In Workfluz Events we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number or phone number, registration data defined by the organizer, and ticket, order, payment and attendance information. We do not store full card details: those are processed by the applicable payment provider.

3. Use strictly tied to the service

Data is used exclusively to respond to requests and, in Workfluz Events, to create and link a ticket to its holder, process and verify the order, send confirmations or operational changes, enable check-in, provide support and administer the event.

Workfluz does not sell, rent or use attendee data for its own advertising, profiling, audience-building or commercial campaigns. It does not use this data for purposes unrelated to ticketing and event management.

4. WhatsApp and email communications

WhatsApp numbers and email addresses are used for transactional and operational communications related to the ticket or event, such as confirmation, ticket resend, relevant changes, access and support.

Any commercial communication from the organizer requires separate, clear and verifiable authorization and is governed by its own policy. Workfluz does not send its own advertising to attendees using this data.

5. Access and transmission needed to provide the service

To operate each event, relevant information may be available to the organizer and service providers performing necessary functions, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery or WhatsApp messaging. These parties may only process it to perform the contracted service and subject to applicable confidentiality safeguards.

There are no sales, transfers or disclosures for Workfluz commercial purposes. The payment provider processes payment information under its own terms and policies.

6. Authorization and minors’ data

By providing the data required for registration or purchase, you authorize the processing described in this policy and in the privacy notice displayed when the data is collected. Providing sensitive data, if exceptionally requested, is optional and requires specific notice.

Where registration concerns a minor, the organizer and Workfluz must take the applicable steps to protect their rights and obtain authorization from the person legally able to provide it when required.

7. Retention and security

We keep data only for the time needed to run the event, respond to requests, resolve incidents and comply with applicable contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations. Afterwards, it is erased, anonymized or retained in a restricted form where required.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit access, preserve confidentiality and prevent loss, alteration or unauthorized use. No system is infallible, so we review and adjust these measures according to the service risk.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may know, update, correct or request the deletion of your data, revoke authorization where applicable, request proof of authorization and submit complaints to the competent authority. To do so, email workfluz@gmail.com with your name, contact details, request and supporting information.

If your request relates to a third-party event, we will forward it or tell you how to contact the responsible organizer. Queries and claims will be handled within the terms set by applicable law.

9. Website analytics and cookies

workfluz.com uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-SVGR6RD4LD) to understand website use and improve its content. This service may use cookies and collect technical data such as pages visited, browsing time, device type and approximate location.

You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

10. Effective date and changes

This policy is effective from July 2026 and remains in force while personal data is processed. Any material change will be communicated before it takes effect through reasonable means; the current version will always be available on this page.
