Terms of service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms apply to the website and digital services identified as Workfluz or Workfluz Events.

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing workfluz.com, creating an account, registering for an event or using any Workfluz Events feature, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms govern the relationship between Workfluz and anyone using the website or platform. Particular terms shown for an event, purchase or contracted service may supplement these terms.

2. The platform and organizers’ role

Workfluz provides technology to publish, manage and operate events, registrations, tickets, communications and access controls. Each organizer is responsible for its event information, commercial terms, schedule and attendee support.

When you purchase a ticket or register for a third-party event, the agreement relating to that event is made with the organizer identified during the process. Workfluz does not replace the organizer or assume obligations communicated directly by it.

3. Accounts, registrations and responsible use

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when the service requests it. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, for activity carried out through your account and for notifying us if you detect unauthorized access.

You may not use the service to violate third-party rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or bypass security or payment controls.

4. Tickets, payments, changes and refunds

Availability, price, taxes, restrictions, changes and refund policies for each ticket depend on the organizer’s information and rules. Review those terms before completing a purchase or registration.

Payments are processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms. Workfluz does not store full card details and does not guarantee that a transaction will be approved by the provider.

5. Third-party services and availability

The service may depend on hosting, email, messaging, payment and other external providers. Their interruptions, changes or terms may affect specific platform functions.

We work to keep the service secure and available, but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or connection.

6. Intellectual property

The Workfluz brand, software, design, text and other proprietary platform elements are protected by applicable law. No license is granted other than what is necessary to use the service under these terms.

The organizer remains responsible for the content it publishes and represents that it has the rights and permissions necessary to use that content on the platform.

7. Suspension, changes and contact

We may update, limit or suspend features when reasonably necessary to protect the service, meet applicable obligations, prevent fraud or address security risks. We will communicate relevant changes through reasonable means when appropriate.

For questions about these terms or the service, email workfluz@gmail.com. You can also review our Privacy Policy and the data deletion instructions published on this site.
